As always the Santa Barbara Triathlon is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event. As such, for the betterment of our sport and to help keep you safe while participating, USA Triathlon has changed a few guidelines this year. USAT Rules
EVERY athlete needs to bring a valid ID in order to pick up his/her packet. NO EXCEPTIONS

Duplicates: No longer offered - The duplicate membership option on the One-day forms has been deleted. The means that those of you who are members at the time of the event but forget to bring your card will no longer be reimbursed by USA Triathlon. You must have your card or you can not participate. OR you will have to purchase a non refundable one-day membership.

Annual Membership at events: No longer offered - Athletes will no longer have the option to purchase an Annual USA Triathlon membership at events. You will have to go to USA Triathlon's web site directly: http://www.usatriathlon.org/Membership.aspx
